    A little twist in this recipe is a drizzle of condensed milk and some grated cheese to elevate its sweet and savory flavor. The embutido is commonly sold in thick logs, still wrapped with aluminum foil, and is either enjoyed steamed or fried.

    PORK EMBUTIDO RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    • 1 kilo ground pork
    • 1 large carrot (chopped or diced)
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 ½ cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 large bell pepper
    • ½ cup evaporated milk
    • ½ cup grated cheese
    • ⅓ cup raisins
    • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
    • 1 medium onion (chopped)
    • 5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • hotdogs (for filling)
    • hard boiled eggs (for filling)
    • margarine (for greasing)

    Directions:
