Failed to initialize steam cracked game

Solved: Engine error: file corruption detected

Does anyone have this same problem?

Failed to initialize the engine stronghold crusader 2

Soulworker failed to initialize the engine

Engine error steam is not running

Steam cannot be initialized closing

Left 4 dead 2 engine error too many indices

Any fix you could recommend before I reinstall the game? I've tried reinstalling Origin, will try reinstalling the game if nothing else works. Thanks!

EDIT:
Solved it by disabling restricted access mode in Origin.

Forgot I had it on.

Leaving it here so if anyone had the same problem.
